Raising Awareness on Human Trafficking with WATCH

Understanding Human Trafficking:

The Wayne Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition (WATCH) is a pivotal community-led initiative dedicated to amplifying awareness and mobilizing resources to tackle human trafficking within Wayne, Holmes, and Ashland Counties.

Our Mission:

WATCH is committed to forging a united front among professionals and community advocates to address all manifestations of human trafficking. Our mission is to enhance awareness and education across our communities while devising and implementing a cohesive strategy for delivering support to victims and safeguarding our most vulnerable citizens from future exploitation.

Join Our Efforts:

We convene bi-monthly, every third Monday at 10:00 a.m., with our meetings currently facilitated virtually via Zoom, ensuring accessibility and safety for all participants. In addition, our dedicated sub-committees meet in the alternating months to focus on specialized aspects of our mission.

Stay Informed and Connected:

For the latest updates on human trafficking, insightful resources, and information about upcoming WATCH events, follow our Facebook page at Wayne County Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition.

Acting Against Trafficking:

Should you have concerns or suspect instances of human trafficking, we urge you to reach out immediately to the National Human Trafficking Hotline:

Your vigilance and proactive stance can make a significant difference in the lives of those at risk.
