Understanding Human Trafficking:
The Wayne Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition (WATCH) is a pivotal community-led initiative dedicated to amplifying awareness and mobilizing resources to tackle human trafficking within Wayne, Holmes, and Ashland Counties.
Our Mission:
WATCH is committed to forging a united front among professionals and community advocates to address all manifestations of human trafficking. Our mission is to enhance awareness and education across our communities while devising and implementing a cohesive strategy for delivering support to victims and safeguarding our most vulnerable citizens from future exploitation.
Join Our Efforts:
We convene bi-monthly, every third Monday at 10:00 a.m., with our meetings currently facilitated virtually via Zoom, ensuring accessibility and safety for all participants. In addition, our dedicated sub-committees meet in the alternating months to focus on specialized aspects of our mission.
